Rajan Rampal

Rajan Rampal has a strong background in network engineering and technical leadership. In 2011, they joined Wipro Infotech as a Senior Project Engineer, where they served as a technical SPOC for accounts like Flipkart and Asianet. Rajan provided remote support to Level 1 engineers and handled escalations in support and projects. From 2017 to 2019, Rajan worked as a Technical Lead for the Network Team in Happiest Minds Technologies, where they were responsible for day-to-day support of network communications and infrastructure architecture. Rajan also managed critical technical issues and changes during their shift. In 2019, they joined News Technology Services as a Network Engineer, where they were involved in network design, implementation, project management, network delivery, and BAU operation. Rajan also worked on Cisco Nexus switches and developed good relationships with end customers and major OEMs. Currently, Rajan is working at Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC) as a Principal Engineer in Network & Infra Engineering - SDWAN, where they are the network architect for the Carnival Cruise Lines project. Rajan is responsible for network design and implementation, as well as leading the SDVSAT project.

Rajan Rampal obtained a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in the academic year 2016-2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information System from the same institution from 2012 to 2015. Rajan also holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from PSBTE, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Rajan Rampal has acquired several additional certifications, including VCP-NV from VMware in February 2017, CCNA-TShoot from Cisco in February 2019, and CCNP-Switching from Cisco in February 2013. Rajan also obtained certifications such as CCNP-RS, Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation, Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, JNCIA, JNCIP-ENT, JNCIS-ENT, Junos Troubleshooting, QFabric Specialist, JNCIS-SEC from various institutions including Cisco, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Juniper Networks.
