Erika Reyes

Erika Reyes currently serves as the Country Field Service Manager at Hughes since August 2019. Prior to this, Erika held the position of Sr. Service Manager at Totalplay Empresarial from June 2017 to August 2019. Erika began their career in January 2017 as the Gerente de Radio Frecuencia at StarGo, following a significant tenure at Pegaso Banda Ancha, where Erika took on various roles including Gerente de RF, Gerente del NOC, and Gerente de Atención a Clientes from July 2007 to January 2017. Erika holds a Master's degree in Administration of Organizations with a focus on Technology Management from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, obtained between 2013 and 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, specializing in Radio Frequency, from the Facultad de Ingeniería de la UNAM, completed in 2002.
