Jessie Smith is an accomplished retail leader with extensive experience in sales and operations management across prominent brands. Currently serving as Regional Director for HUGO BOSS in Western Canada since January 2019, Jessie has successfully led sales and operations across 30 locations, achieving significant sales growth and tripling the store count in five years. Previous roles include Country Manager for Ralph Lauren PFS, overseeing a $95M budget and a team of 700, and Director of Stores at Canopy Growth Corporation, where Jessie recruited 44 leaders for a new brand launch. Jessie’s career also features impactful positions at BESTSELLER - Jack & Jones, Calvin Klein, EXPRESS, Tommy Hilfiger, and Gap Inc., demonstrating a consistent track record of developing high-performing teams, strategic recruitment, and achieving double-digit sales growth. Educationally, Jessie holds a degree in Liberal Arts from the University of the Fraser Valley.
