Katrin Dubberke began their work experience in 2009 at Karstadt as the Head of Change Management until 2013. Katrin then transitioned to HUGO BOSS, where they held various leadership roles such as Head of Global Retail Process Development, Senior Head of Global Retail Operations, (Senior) Head of Global Merchandise Projects, Head of Global Talent Management, and Vice President Global Talent Journey.
Katrin Dubberke obtained a Diplom-Betriebswirt (BA) degree in Handel from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg. Katrin also holds certifications as an Agile Culture Coach from SYNNECTA, and in Systemische Organisationsentwicklung from isb GmbH Systemische Professionalität. Katrin's Scrum-Master certification was obtained from Scrum.org.
