Claudine Allen is a highly experienced operations leader in the customer experience and digital production sectors, currently serving as Head of Operations at Hugo & Cat since April 2015. With a career beginning in 1996 at WCRS, Claudine progressed through various roles, including Project Director and Head of Production at VCCP, where pivotal integration and operational strategies were developed. Claudine founded Re-produced Training LTD to bridge the gap between traditional agencies and digital production, and consulted for several organizations, including Brand Union and Lowe Profero, to optimize production processes. Claudine's expertise is complemented by a foundation built on significant accomplishments in project management and agency operations across multiple well-known companies.
