Tom Good

Tom Good is an accomplished UX Design professional with extensive experience leading the UX discipline at Hugo & Cat since September 2015. As Head of UX Design, Tom focuses on insight-driven design, data-rich storytelling, and applying product design principles while overseeing the User Experience team. Previous roles include UX Director, Lead Experience Designer, and Senior Experience Designer, where Tom managed junior designers, established design processes, and delivered human-centered solutions for high-profile projects at companies such as DigitasLBi and BSkyB. With a background in Industrial Design & Technology from Loughborough University and a Mini MBA in Marketing, Tom has developed a skill set that emphasizes collaboration, user research, and digital transformation across various industries.
