Elba Kapllani

Elba Kapllani's work experience includes a range of roles in various companies. They started their career at Motomtech in 2021, where they served as a Product Designer, UX Researcher & Manager, and Client Onboarding Manager. They conducted user tests, created informational architectures and wireframes, and designed products with optimal user experience. In 2021, they also worked at Agreed Software as a Client Success Specialist, Client Onboarding Manager, and Technical Writer, where they conducted user tests, managed onboarding content, and ensured client success.

In 2019, Elba worked at Mozenda as a Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, Project Manager, and Information Technology Services Specialist. Here, they specialized in technical writing, managing projects, and providing IT services. They also gained experience in event management as an intern at FRAMED, a non-profit cultural project start-up.

Elba's earlier work experience includes roles at the Missionary Training Center, LDS Philantropies - BYU Telefund, and BYU Harold B. Lee Library. At the Missionary Training Center, they served as an MTC Language-Technology specialist and as a Development Specialist, Editor, and Co-author for an advanced Albanian grammar book. They also worked as a Translator at the MTC Referral Center and gained experience as a student caller at BYU Philantropies Telefund.

More recently, Elba founded a non-profit organization called Dua-Therapy, where they are currently in the process of gathering a dedicated team to share their vision. They are also the Product Owner of Festo App at Motomtech, which aims to support artists, musicians, and performers in self-managing their businesses while protecting their rights.

Elba Kapllani is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics at Brigham Young University, with an expected graduation date in the future. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Modern Left-Wing Leadership from the Political Academy of the Socialist Party of Albania, with the duration of one year from 2010 to 2011. Before starting their higher education, Elba attended the Asim Vokshi High School of Languages, where they obtained a High School certificate and a French language certificate from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Elba'sstudy at the high school focused on French Studies and High School generals. In addition to their academic qualifications, Elba has obtained a certification in UX Design Foundations from Uxcel in December 2022.
