Tree Swenson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the literary and cultural field. Tree started their career at Copper Canyon Press in 1972, where they served as the Executive Director and Publisher until 1993. Following this, they worked as the Director of Programs at the Massachusetts Cultural Council from 1997 to 2002.
