Tiina Joronen

Tiina Joronen has a strong background in HR and leadership roles. Tiina is currently serving as the Vice President, HR for Global Functions at Huhtamaki since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, HR NA & Global Functions at the same company starting from July 2021. Before joining Huhtamaki, Tiina was the Owner/Senior Consultant at HC Focus Oy, where they provided a range of HR services to support companies in achieving their business goals. Tiina also has experience as an HR Business Partner at Tieto and as the Vice President of Human Resources at Murata Electronics Oy. Tiina's expertise includes talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and HR strategy.

Tiina Joronen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Imatra Commercial College from 1983 to 1986. From 1988 to 1994, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Tampere.
