Louie Sisneros

Louie Sisneros is an experienced designer with a focus on civil engineering and site development. Currently employed at Huitt-Zollars, Inc. since June 2020, Louie assists with various civil design aspects including grading, drainage, utilities, and plan production. Louie also serves as a CAD Designer for Sandia Pueblo, producing construction documents for projects related to water, wastewater, lot grading, and roadways since January 2019. Prior experience includes over three years as a Senior Designer at Forsgren Associates, Inc., managing civil and transportation-related projects, and a 19-year tenure at WHPacific Inc., where Louie was the lead designer for the Civil Department with an emphasis on Land Development. Louie holds an Associate's degree in Architectural Engineering from Central New Mexico Community College, completed between 1989 and 1991.
