Phoebe Weimholt Eit

Phoebe Weimholt, EIT, is an Urban Land Development Engineer in Training at Huitt-Zollars, Inc. since July 2023, previously serving as a Professional Civil Engineering Intern at Tetra Tech from October 2022 to June 2023. Prior to these roles, Phoebe worked as a Boba Barista at Komi Cafe, where responsibilities included preparing tea and boba for customer service. Phoebe also gained experience as a Student Employee at Cal Poly Campus Dining and as a Crew Member at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, managing various shifts while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2023. Education was preceded by attendance at Mission Viejo High School from September 2015 to June 2019.
