Jan Ramos Pandia

Jan Ramos Pandia has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Jan Ramos started their career as a Management Internship Trainee at Yayasan Indonesia Lebih Baik in 2008. Jan Ramos then worked at Daya Dimensi Indonesia as an Analyst for Learning & Development from 2009 to 2011, where they supported consultants in developing project deliverables and designed learning and development modules. Jan Ramos later became a Lead Consultant for the Government Sector at the same company from 2011 to 2013, where they helped various government and international institutions in capacity building initiatives and managed a team of consultants.

In 2015, Jan joined Daya Dimensi Indonesia again as the Dynamic Governance Solution Head, working on capability building initiatives for government and international institutions, managing projects, and leading a team. Jan Ramos then worked at Dayalima Abisatya as a Senior Consultant in 2017, focusing on business development activities and project management.

Jan's next role was at Qlue Smart City, where they held various positions. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Head of Business Development, working closely with the Jakarta Government to implement the first Smart City concept in Indonesia and achieve significant results. In 2019, they became the Head of Government Relations and Business Development, leading strategic interactions with government officials and international funding agencies.

Currently, Jan serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Hukumonline.com, a comprehensive and trusted provider of legal information in Indonesia. Jan Ramos joined the company in 2020 and is responsible for overseeing operations.

Jan Ramos Pandia holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Development Studies from The University of Auckland, which was obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Political Science (SIP) degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universitas Padjadjaran between 2002 and 2007. Their earlier education includes attending SMU Charitas Jakarta from 1999 to 2002, although the specific degree obtained is not mentioned.
