Junaid Saleem

Junaid Saleem has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Junaid currently serves as the VP Business at Hul Hub since March 2021. Additionally, they are also a Standford Seed Spark Mentor at Stanford University Graduate School of Business starting from March 2022.

In their previous roles, Junaid was the Founder & CEO of TripKar.com from September 2014 to June 2018, where they established a job portal connecting blue-collar jobseekers and employers. Junaid also served as the Founder & Board Member of the company during this time.

Prior to that, Junaid was a Council Member and later a Member of the Board of Directors at SDSB LUMS Alumni Association from June 2014 to June 2022. Junaid also held the position of Director Business Development at Convo.com from July 2018 to December 2020.

Junaid's early career includes roles such as CEO & Co-Founder at Kamata Pakistan, where they built a database of job seekers and facilitated the connection between jobseekers and employers. Junaid was also a Member of the Rotary Club of Lahore in the year 2014.

Furthermore, they worked as a Consultant at Confiz Limited from September 2012 to January 2013. Prior to that, they held various positions at K-Electric, including Deputy General Manager Distribution Strategy, Manager Distribution Strategy, and Deputy Manager. In these roles, Junaid played a pivotal role in improving the efficiency and reducing losses in the Public Sector Consumer (PSC) Department.

Junaid started their career as the Incharge Corporate Lease Finance at Bank Alfalah Limited from June 2005 to August 2007. With their extensive experience in different sectors and roles, Junaid brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current and future endeavors.

Junaid Saleem began their education at Sadiq Public School in Bahawalpur from 1989 to 1999, where they completed their A Level studies. Following this, they attended the Lahore University of Management Sciences from 2000 to 2004, completing a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Later, from 2007 to 2009, Junaid pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Lahore University of Management Sciences, specializing in Corporate Strategy with an emphasis on Finance and HR. In 2008, they had the opportunity to study at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore as an exchange student, focusing on Business Strategy.
