Don Franks

Don Franks has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Hulcher Services since February 2012. In this role, Don oversees operations and service offerings across a network of 31 divisions that provide services to railroads, governments, and general industry, while managing a significant fleet of heavy and commercial vehicles. Previous positions include Regional Vice President of Field Operations and Regional Vice President of Operations at Hulcher Services, where Don managed operations across multiple divisions in North America. Earlier career experiences include roles as General Manager at Big R Bridge LLC, and Plant Manager at Progress Rail Services, as well as General Manager of Intermodal and RIP Track Operations at Trinity Industries.
