Kate Harley

Kate Harley is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Organization Development and Human Resources at Hull City Council since January 2022. Prior roles include Head of HR at Chesterfield Borough Council and Arvato UK, and Human Resources Business Partner at Hillary's Blinds.
