Sergio Raise

Sergio Raise is currently the General Practitioner Prescribing Lead at Integrated Care System Humber Area. Sergio previously held a similar role at East Riding of Yorkshire CCG, where Sergio provided strategic support on prescribing issues and implementation. At Hull York Medical School, Sergio serves as an Honorary Lecturer. Sergio has been working as a GP at Manor House Surgery and is a Partner at Humber Primary Care Ltd. Sergio also had experience as an Interim Associate Medical Director at Humber NHS Foundation Trust. Sergio holds a MRCGP degree from the Royal College of General Practice and an Artsexamen degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
