Tom Hulsebosch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and utility sectors. Currently serving as Co-President of the Hulsebosch Hope Foundation since November 2021, Tom focuses on supporting non-profit organizations that aid under-resourced communities in the Chicago metro area. Previously, Tom was Managing Partner Emeritus at West Monroe from August 2008 to April 2023, where leadership was provided to the Energy and Utility Practice and the Dallas office. Tom also founded Strategy 2 Solution, LLC, and held key roles at EarthLink and Motorola, driving initiatives in municipal broadband and wireless solutions. Tom holds an Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Marquette University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

The Hulsebosch Hope Foundation (HHF) is a family foundation based in Chicago, Illinois that funds 501(c)(3) public charities that seek to serve the needs of under-resourced communities in the greater Chicagoland area, especially those on the south and west sides of the city. HHF supports organizations that foster creative and sustainable programs to promote physical, mental, and economic well-being.
