Ester Pescio

Ester Pescio currently serves as the Faculty Lead for Entrepreneurship at Hult International Business School, where responsibilities include leading course development and enhancing student learning experiences. Pescio holds the position of Professor of Practice, teaching courses such as Entrepreneurial Finance and Operations Management, while also working as an Adjunct Professor for undergraduate students. As a co-founder of Wise Humanity, Pescio focuses on personal growth and empowerment through emotional intelligence strategies. Previous executive roles include Chief Operating Officer at webidoo and Pregmune, along with a long tenure at Rulex, Inc., where Pescio served in multiple capacities including COO, CFO, and CEO. Pescio co-founded Lab33 Srl and began a career as a Junior Researcher at Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche. Academic credentials include an MBA in International Business Leadership and a Master's in Physics from Università degli Studi di Genova, along with a Certificate in Data Monetization Strategy from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
