Nireesha Prakash

Nireesha Prakash has a diverse work experience in the field of design and creative management. Nireesha started their career as a Freelance Designer in 2015 before joining Hult International Business School as a Designer in 2015. At Hult, they progressed to become a Design Director, responsible for leading a creative team and developing a new brand identity. Nireesha also worked as a VP of Creative and Digital Design, showing their growth within the company.

Prior to Hult, Nireesha worked at Zacharko Design as a Designer, where they collaborated on various projects, including brand identities and promotional material. Nireesha also gained experience as a Research Assistant at Emily Carr University of Art and Design, where they worked on a research project focused on designing a mobile support tool for youth with chronic illnesses.

Additionally, Nireesha has worked as a Freelance Designer for The University of British Columbia & Nursing Leadership Institute, a Graphic Designer for The Vancouver Observer, and a Designer for Emily Carr University of Art and Design & The International Digital Media Arts Association.

In 2014, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Graphic Branding and Identity from the University of the Arts London. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Design (BDes) in Communication Design at Emily Carr University of Art and Design. In 2010, Nireesha also attended Designskolen Kolding for a Design Camp.
