Sam Goodyear

Sam is a Managing Director at Hum and is responsible for originating and syndicating opportunistic credit and structured capital investments including sponsored and non-sponsored transactions. Prior to Hum, Sam was an MD at PA Capital (Apogem/New York Life) where he co-managed a portfolio of special situations investments. Sam was also a Principal at MidOcean Credit Partners where he invested across the capital structure. Sam holds a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University.
