As the Managing Partner at Huma Capital since April 2023, Ariel previously served as Partner & COO at BlueMacaw and held multiple strategic roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, focusing on finance and revenue management. With a robust background in private equity from BTG Pactual, where responsibilities included evaluating and executing investments totaling nearly US$2 billion, Ariel's career began with internships in investment banking and private equity research. Educational qualifications include an MBA with Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Ariel also holds International Baccalaureate diplomas from Graded - The American School of São Paulo.
