Lucy Putnam

Lucy Putnam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lucy started their career as a Customer Assistant at Marks and Spencer in 2018, before moving on to work as a Forensic Scientist at Cellmark Forensic Services in 2019.

In 2021, Lucy joined Workday Peakon Employee Voice as a Sales Development Representative, where they gained experience working for a smaller start-up as well as a larger company. Lucy later transitioned to the role of Sales Development - Large Enterprise, where they owned a territory of large enterprise and major accounts. Lucy remained with the company until May 2023, when they joined Humaans as a Business Development Representative. At Humaans, Lucy focused on partnering with forward-thinking businesses, helping to pave the way for HR transformation through deep integrations, workflow automation, and improved employee experiences.
