Carmel Moran

Carmel Moran is a seasoned professional in the development and humanitarian sectors, currently serving as Head of Institutional Funding at Human Appeal since July 2023. Previous experience includes roles at United Purpose, where Carmel held multiple positions including Country Manager for Senegal and Guinea, and Programmes Manager in Senegal. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Global Projects Officer at The Royal College of Midwives, Research and Evaluation Officer at Tropical Health and Education Trust, and various roles in program support and administration with organizations like Action Against Hunger and Sense International. Carmel holds a Master's degree in Intercultural Communication & International Development and a Bachelor's degree in French and Philosophy from The University of Sheffield.
