Nadir Zafar is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in education and business management. Currently serving as Director at the Singapore Leaders Network (SGLN) since October 2022, Nadir is responsible for preparing Singaporeans for global leadership roles. In addition, Nadir holds the position of CXO at the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI), overseeing client engagement and strategic marketing. As the Founder of Realschool, Nadir aims to enhance access to business education. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Advisor at Alef Education, Director at MALVERN INTERNATIONAL PLC, and Director of Corporate Development at GEMS Education. Nadir's academic credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and a Doctor of Education from NYU Steinhardt.
