Sophie Shupp started their career at Tom James Company as a Professional Clothier before transitioning to Primary Recruiting Services as an Executive Recruiter and Sales Consultant specializing in Accounting & Finance. Sophie is currently working at Human Capital Resources and Concepts (HCRC) as an Assistant Proposal Manager, where Sophie is responsible for assisting in the end-to-end proposal development process. Sophie previously served as an Administrative Officer, supporting the President/CEO and Head of Human Resources. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from The University of Alabama.
