Pavan Chatlapalli

Pavan Chatlapalli has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a full-time employee at TalentHUMAN CAPITAL since July 2025. Prior to this role, Pavan held the position of Head of Talent and Talent Acquisition Partner at Postman from October 2021 to July 2025. Pavan’s earlier experience includes technical recruiting roles at Datadog from June 2018 to September 2021, Coda Search from April 2017 to May 2018, and Atlantic Group from May 2016 to May 2017. Pavan holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from Penn State University.
