Joe Cheung

Joe Cheung has extensive experience in talent acquisition and consulting, currently serving as a Full-time employee at TalentLatent since September 2025. As a Consultant at TalentSprocket Partners since July 2021, Joe provides expertise to startups and venture capital firms, working with clients such as Block Party, Rylo, and Sequoia Capital. Previously, Joe held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Harvey from February 2024 to June 2025, where Joe led the recruitment function during significant company growth. Joe also served as an Interim Head of Talent and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Pulley and provided talent consulting services at Block Party. Joe holds a BA in Operations Management and Information Systems from Santa Clara University, having previously attended Boston University.
