Carolina Franco

Carolina Franco is the current Adherence Navigator Manager at Human Care Systems. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Registered Nurse at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital from October 2012 to December 2015. Carolina has extensive experience in the medical field and is dedicated to helping their patients receive the best care possible.

Carolina Franco received their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Nova Southeastern University and their Associate's degree from Florida International University. Carolina is certified by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Carolina is also certified by the Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters (CCHI) as a Certified Medical Interpreter - Spanish (CMI). Carolina Franco is licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Florida Board of Nursing.
