Jose Sanchez

Jose Sanchez is currently a Configuration Specialist at Human Care Systems. Jose has previously worked as a Software Engineer at Human Care Systems from January 2020 to August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Business System Analyst at McKesson from October 2016 to January 2020, where they were responsible for business process implementations, reporting analytics, created ad-hoc tools using Access and Excel VBA for various programs of the business, gap analysis and mitigation. Jose was also Team Lead at Humana from October 2012 to September 2016, where they were responsible for making sure Agents remained in production and maintained SLAs. Jose also helped create reporting tools for client and internal facing dashboards. Jose created several applications using Excel and Access VBA, saved time for Agents using automation. Jose also helped code a fax blaster to send out daily faxes to health care providers helping reduce the cost of manual faxing by Agents. Prior to that, Jose worked as a Pharmacy Technician at DESERT SKY PHARMACY, LLC from December 2010 to October 2012. Jose also worked as Lead Technician at Banner Health from October 2004 to September 2010.

Jose Sanchez's educational career includes obtaining an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from University of Phoenix in the field of Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Additionally, Jose Sanchez has a Computer Science degree from Rio Salado College and is certified as a SAFe 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc.
