Samantha Luker

Samantha Luker is the current VP of People, Finance & Operations at Human Care Systems. Samantha has been with the company since December 2013 and in their current role since December 2021. Prior to their current role, they served as the Vice President of Finance & Operations for Human Care Systems, Inc. from December 2013 to December 2021. In this role, they led HCS to its successful acquisition by CareMetx, LLC. Samantha also lead the financial team to produce accurate, relevant, and timely financial data to drive business decisions. Additionally, they oversaw and managed staff/consultant resourcing and operational systems/processes to ensure that the company was meeting internal and client needs, working efficiently, and profitable. As the primary People (HR) director, they created a productive and engaging workplace while managing all aspects of traditional HR. Samantha has also served as a bridge between finance/operations and HCS employees to provide actionable financial data and ensure team members are able to productively engage with their costs, revenues, and profitability drivers. Samantha Luker has also supervised, mentored, and fostered career development for people, finance, and operations team members throughout their time at Human Care Systems.

Samantha Luker completed their undergraduate studies at The George Washington University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies and Psychology. Samantha then went on to earn their Master of Public Health at The University of Edinburgh.

Samantha Luker reports to Matthew Hall, CEO. A direct report to Samantha Luker is and Allison Sacco - Manager, People, Finance & Operations. They work with Jenny Huh - Director of Product, Jarrett Gelormini - Senior Technical Project Manager, and Jessica Lens - COO.
