Concita Bell

Concita Bell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and retail operations. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at Human Coalition since January 2020, Concita has also founded and operates LYN'BELLA BOUTIQUE, a chic upscale boutique, since July 2014. Prior professional experience includes a managerial role at Genesis Thrift Store from October 2011 to January 2020, where assistance in daily operations was provided, and a brief position as a Customer Service Associate at Neiman Marcus in late 2014, focusing on customer inquiries and order issues. Concita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Collin College, obtained between 2019 and 2021, and has additional education in business administration from American InterContinental University.
