Alli Pikul

Alli Pikul has extensive experience in child and family services, currently serving as Director of Child and Family Services and Director of Outpatient Services in St. Louis County at HDC since August 2017. Previous roles included Program Manager of Youth and Trauma Services and Children's Crisis Coordinator. Prior to HDC, Pikul worked at Trinity Health from August 2013 to July 2017 as a Family Therapist in the CAPH Program, providing clinical care and mental health services to individuals aged 5 to 17, and as an Inpatient Therapist. Early career experiences include internships at Northern Plains Children's Advocacy Center and Polk County Social Services focusing on family advocacy and child protection. Pikul holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution.
