With extensive experience working with organizations and leaders, Emily's roles include serving as a Coach and Leadership Facilitator at various companies including Horizon37 Ltd. and Human Edge, where efforts concentrate on developing thriving teams and innovative business ecosystems. Additional contributions include advising as a Non-Executive Director at RemoteStar and leading leadership programs at GAIA Insights for major pharmaceutical companies. Academically, Emily holds degrees in Psychology, Human Resources Management, and has completed accredited coaching training, alongside certifications in Emotional Intelligence and Project Management.
