Karthika AK is a seasoned User Experience (UX) professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as AVP - UX at Human Factors International since May 2017, Karthika manages accounts such as Caterpillar Inc., oversees multiple projects, and ensures compliance with The HFI FrameworkTM. Karthika has held significant positions including Project Director and Project Manager, leading teams to meet strategic business goals and enhancing user experience through research and usability practices. Previous roles at Vodafone, Unilever, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Tech Mahindra provided a solid foundation in UX design and management. Karthika holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National College of Arts & Science.
