Niraj Jayant

Niraj Jayant has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Niraj is currently the Director of Product and Engineering at Human Interest since January 2024. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Engineering at the same company, leading the Experience and App Platform organization.

Before joining Human Interest, Niraj worked as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Bolt from July 2018 to April 2023. Niraj was responsible for managing the software engineering team.

From June 2016 to July 2018, Niraj worked as a Software Engineer 2 at Microsoft. During their time there, they worked on the PowerPoint team, managed interns, and developed a Machine Learning hackathon project.

Prior to Microsoft, Niraj worked as a Software Development Engineer at Azul Mobile from August 2014 to January 2016. Niraj worked on front-end iOS development, backend scripting, and driving engagement for their applications.

Niraj also gained experience at Microsoft as a Software Engineer Intern for three summers from May 2013 to August 2015. Niraj contributed to building new features for Excel for iPad and mentored new interns.

Niraj Jayant obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2016. In 2020, they received a Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University. Niraj also attended Clear Lake High School, but the degree and field of study are not specified. Additionally, Niraj has obtained multiple certifications in various fields, including wine education, deep learning, data science, machine learning, C++, and cloud computing, among others.
