Nikki Phan

Nikki Phan has held a variety of roles in the past, beginning with a Swimming Instructor and Lifeguard at the City of Milpitas Aquatics Department from 2007 to 2012. Nikki then worked as a Program Assistant at Stepping Stones Center for Autistic Spectrum Disorders from 2012 to 2014, where they implemented and reviewed IFSP goals daily for each assigned child. In 2014, they began working as an Early Interventionist/Behavior Therapist at Associated Learning and Language Specialists Inc., where they worked directly with children with developmental disabilities in the child's home or school. From 2017 to 2022, Nikki worked as an Early Intervention Specialist and Inclusion Teacher at AbilityPath, and is currently an Operations Manager and Office Manager at Human Longevity, Inc.

Nikki Phan earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from UC Santa Barbara between 2007 and 2011, majoring in Speech and Hearing Sciences, Psychology, and Linguistics.
