Jaclyn Moser

Jaclyn began her tenure at HRC in 2014. She carries a bachelor's from the University of Scranton in Liberal Studies with concentrations in Education and Counseling and Human Services and a master’s degree from Pennsylvania State University in Human Resources Employment Relations with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law, Benefits and Compensation. Jaclyn has functioned as HRC payroll specialist, prior to her employment with HRC Jaclyn held roles as a human resources generalist and billing specialist.
