Dr. Monerah A.

Dr. Monerah A. is a seasoned professional in behavioral science and human development with significant experience in strategic leadership roles. Currently, Dr. Monerah serves as the Director of the Behavioral Science Department at the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in Saudi Arabia, where a pioneering initiative was launched to integrate nudge-based strategies into labor market programs. Previous roles include establishing the Behavioral Insight Department at HRDF, participating as a mentee in the Saudi 10X Leaders program, and serving as a visiting lecturer and research coordinator at renowned institutions such as the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Georgia State University. Dr. Monerah holds a PhD in Human Development from the University of Rochester and has completed specialized training in Nudging and Behavioral Insights.
