Nouf A. al Qahtani

Nouf A. Al Qahtani, MBA, serves as the Programs Director in the Employer Enablement Directorate at the Human Resources Development Fund in Saudi Arabia since October 2015. Nouf is responsible for women enablement initiatives, including the "Wusool" and "Qurrah" programs aimed at increasing female participation in the private sector as part of Vision 2030. Nouf's expertise extends to designing, executing, and monitoring subsidy products, managing program budgets, and contributing to policy improvements. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Manager, HNW & Institutions Wealth Manager at bank muscat, Affluent Wealth Manager at NCB Capital, and Customer Service Supervisor at Riyad Bank. Nouf holds an MBA from the University of Bradford, a diploma in Certified Personal Financial Planning from Dalhousie University, and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Linguistics from King Saud University.
