Lata Advani Viseu, CHRP, CHRL, serves as the Director of Education at the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association since December 2008, overseeing the strategic planning and delivery of educational programs for members and the public. With a robust background in professional development, Lata has enriched member experiences through the design and management of quality learning programs, and has played a key role in coordinating Canada's largest HR Conference and Tradeshow. Previous experience includes roles in strategic learning and portfolio management at Dundee Wealth. Lata possesses a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management with a focus on HR from Ryerson University, complemented by education at Loreto Convent, Shillong, Mike Mandel Academy, and NLP Training Canada.
