Renée Eaton

Renée Eaton is a seasoned culture and leadership coach, currently serving as the Founder of Work+Joy since February 2023, where efforts focus on helping people leaders cultivate teams and cultures that promote pride and joy in the workplace. In addition, Renée is an Approved Speaker for the HRPA, providing continuing professional development. From November 2005 to February 2023, Renée held the position of Communications Coordinator at Build a Kick Ass Company, specializing in instructional design, training, and consulting, which included developing courses and conducting training sessions. Renée received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Ottawa between 2002 and 2005.
