Lilang Chen is a research scientist at the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) since September 2023, following a role as a research associate. Lilang has extensive experience in academia, serving as a graduate teaching assistant and assessment and planning fellow at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from August 2019 to May 2024.
