Batibut C. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career at Siguion Reyna Montecillo & Ongsiako as an Associate from an unknown date in 2007 until 2010. They then moved on to Accenture Philippines, Inc. where they worked in Commercial and Contract Management from December 2010 until December 2017. Currently, Batibut C. is working at Human Rights Campaign as an Associate General Counsel, starting in September 2020.

Batibut C. completed a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of the Philippines from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the same university at an unknown time. Batibut C. also pursued studies in Development Economics at the University of Idaho, although the duration of this program is unspecified.

Batibut C. has obtained various certifications in the legal field. They became a Licensed Attorney in the Philippines in 2006, as granted by the Supreme Court of the Philippines. Subsequently, they achieved the status of a Licensed Attorney in New York, recognized by the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, Third Department in 2019. Most recently, in 2020, Batibut C. became a Licensed Attorney in Maryland, accredited by the Maryland Bar Board of Admissions.
