Dave E.

Dave E. is an accomplished educational consultant and founder of Gender Inclusive Schools, specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) topics for educational and workplace environments since May 2016. With extensive experience in facilitating LGBTQ-inclusive training through the Human Rights Campaign's Welcoming Schools initiative, Dave has collaborated with educators and administrators on gender-inclusive policy development. Previous roles include a visiting lecturer at Hamline University, lead instructor at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and several positions in special education, including Dean of Students at Venture Academies. Dave holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a focus on Special Education from the University of Minnesota and possesses a Master's Degree in Special Education from National Louis University.
