David Hagedorn is a distinguished dining critic with extensive experience, serving as a dining critic for both Bethesda Magazine and Arlington Magazine since January 2015. Hagedorn's contributions to the culinary world include creating the Chefs for Equality fundraiser for the Human Rights Campaign and authoring multiple cookbooks, such as "Rasika: Flavors of India" for chefs Ashok Bajaj and Vikram Sunderam, and co-authoring "The New Jewish Table" with Todd Gray and Ellen Kassoff Gray.
