Kate Rosenberg

Kate Rosenberg is an experienced professional in development, outreach, and partnership management, currently serving as Associate Director of Development and Outreach at Human Rights Watch since October 2018. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Human Rights Watch, Partnerships Coordinator for the Melbourne International Jazz Festival, and Resource Development Manager for various nonprofit organizations in Israel. Kate has co-founded and directed initiatives such as Keren Baktana, which supports social entrepreneurs through microgrants, and Tov Lada'at, which aids African asylum seekers and refugees in accessing higher education. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in NGO and Community Management from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a degree in Museum Studies from the University of Haifa, and a B.A. in Arts from the University of Melbourne.
