Matthew Myers has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. Matthew worked as a Finance and Purchasing Intern at SPX- Lightnin Corporation in 2008. In 2009, they served as the Assistant to the VP of Donor Relations at the University of Rochester and also took up the role of General Manager for the Midnight Ramblers (A Capella Group). In 2010, they had a Financial Co-Op position at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. From 2011 onwards, they joined Human Rights Watch and held various roles over the years, including Finance Associate, Budgeting and Grants Coordinator, Senior Finance Officer, Acting Associate Finance Director, Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, Associate Director of Finance, Deputy Director of FP&A, and currently serves as the Director of Global Financial Planning and Analysis.

Matthew Myers attended Fairport High School from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate degree. Matthew then pursued higher education at the University of Rochester from 2006 to 2011, earning a B.A. in Financial Economics and International Relations.
