Schuyler Reid

Schuyler Reid has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. They have worked at Human Rights Watch since 2018, holding various positions such as Associate Director - Learning & Development, Co-chair of the Organizational Wellbeing Task Force, Senior Manager - Learning & Development, and Manager - Learning, Development & Performance. In these roles, they have been responsible for developing and implementing learning and development policies, managing budgets and contracts with external vendors, and reviewing development needs. Prior to that, Schuyler worked at Seeds of Peace as a Human Resources and Administrative Coordinator, where they partnered with leadership to create effective employment policies and procedures and implemented strategic hiring processes. They also have experience with the State of Alaska as an Administrative Officer, where they managed administrative staff, procured candidates for vacancies, and conducted data analysis. Schuyler's earlier roles include being a Teacher at Bestway, Human Resources Clerk at HMSHost, Customer Service Representative at Providence Health & Services, and Front Desk Associate at Roche Harbor Resort.

Schuyler Reid's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Alaska Anchorage, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
