Natasha Saunders

Natasha Saunders is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fieldwork management, having worked at the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) since September 2009. In the role of Fieldwork Manager, Natasha is responsible for training project team members, overseeing the data capture phase of various research projects, and contributing to planning and monitoring team performance. Previous positions include administrative roles at OOBA and FNB Corporate Banking, where Natasha managed confidential data and client interactions. Additionally, Natasha has experience in teaching English as a Second Language and youth development as a camp counselor. Natasha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Communication Science, along with an Honours degree in Integrated Organisational Communication.
