Lauren Papciak

Lauren Papciak, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Lauren most recently served as the VP of Business Operations at HUMAN, where they led strategic initiatives and oversaw company operations. Prior to that, they were the Head of Business Operations, building a function focused on M&A efforts.

Before their time at HUMAN, Lauren worked at FreeWheel, where they held various roles such as Head of Project Management and Business Planning, Director of Project Management, and Senior Manager of Project Management. Lauren successfully led global teams and directed program portfolios, generating millions of dollars in revenue from new product launches and strategic initiatives.

Lauren also gained valuable experience at Goldman Sachs, where they served as an Operations Lead Specialist and an Operations Associate, managing critical initiatives and projects related to regulatory reform, sales strategies, and product standardizations.

Lauren'scareer began at GSI Commerce as an Analyst. Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in project management, business operations, M&A integration, and strategic planning.

Lauren Papciak, PMP holds a B.A. degree in Economics, English, Management, and Political Science from Bucknell University. Lauren also attended Villa Maria Academy. In terms of additional certifications, they are certified in Hubspot Inbound Marketing from HubSpot, Edge Academy Certified: Marketing Foundations from The Trade Desk, Prosci Certified Change Management Professional from Prosci, and PMP - Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
